Naprabase
Naprabase is a opensource chemical informatics database with focus on storing NMR spectroscopic data for natural compounds. It is written using the pylons framework. The eventual goal is to be able to search using actual spectra files in jcampdx xydata format by using signal matching. Further information extraction from a large number of spectra and associated compounds could be a research topic.
