I'm the one who submitted the bug. I found out that I had 1.0.3 installed, I just upgraded to 1.0.4 and the issue still exists.
There is no sln file for the project, it was just File -> Open -> Web Site. All the icons in the solution explorer show up and are correct, but none of the commit, history, status and sync functions do anything.
When working on a project that has a SLN file, it seems to work fine.

| When working with a Web Site in VS2008 (not a Web Application), clicking on the icons for HG Commit, HG Syncronize, etc produces nothing. There are no error dialogs and none of the TortoiseHg windows appear.
I believe VisualHG is version 1.0.4, but I don't have a sure-fire way to determine the version - you may want to figure out how to expose this to the About Dialog in VS.
