The same thing happends to me, using Visual HG 1.0.7

| If hover on the name of the service, it is ok. So I can still right-click and update service reference. But I have to be very careful not to move the mouse cursor on the icon. This happened with Service Reference (WCF), I haven't test with WebService. | |
