Project Base is a project I am willing to begin, in which the development team will program a basic private server engine, for the MMORPG RuneScape (specifically revision 317), from scratch with minimal features, but at the same time being pluggable so the developers add what they need. It will be designed to run and interact with the 317-revision of the official RuneScape client and aims to be efficient. This will NOT be a server that should be hosted and put online unmodified, it is only a base. Project Base does NOT claim ownership over the RuneScape game client or the protocol. RuneScape, its game cache, and its client are all copyright and property of JaGeX Ltd.
