Clackwise EDA is an attempt to develop open source tools for static timing analysis. While this might not be used for chip signoff, it will be useful in enabling a variety of tools to be build around it for tasks like .lib processing, wire-load-based STA, optimization and constraints management. To start with, I'm building a Synopsys Liberty (TM) parser, and a shell environment to go with it, to read, process and write .lib files.
