The shell objects have moved to a new location in the registry:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\ShellServiceObjects\
Each shell object is also a registry key, and no longer a registry value
Also, it appears that the keys stored there may be insufficient to start all the services

Updates have been performed on local source, a test version has been made vavailable at lostinthebox.com
